We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our bulk spice ingredient sales to Industrial Food manufacturers across Europe. This role will focus on building new and managing current relationships with industrial customers, promoting our range of ground spices and ingredients, and facilitating supply either from local stock held in the Netherlands/Belgium warehouses or via forward contracts directly from our Vietnam production facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting industrial customers EU country-wise in the food manufacturing, processing, and ingredient sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential clients across Europe.
  • Promote the company’s range of ground spices and ingredients, highlighting quality excellence, sourcing transparency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate logistics and inventory management with internal teams to support timely supply from local European stock or via forward orders from Vietnam.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules in alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing account management and support.
  • Gather market intelligence, track industry trends, and provide feedback to internal teams on product and market development.
  • Attend Food shows, industry conventions and visit customers regularly.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in B2B sales to industrial food customers or related sectors (e.g., ingredients, food processing, agriculture).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain logistics, particularly import/export and regional distribution within Europe.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and travel as required.
  • Familiarity with spice or ingredient markets is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
